This is the fun part. We lead these sessions with “It would be awesome if…”, or “we just can’t figure out how to…”
I take it from there.

And this is where the rubber meets the road. Let’s automate the tasks that are eating your time or your team’s bandwidth. Winning is an iterative process from there.
